If you cannot see beyond my headscarf, that I am a human being... That I have a mind... A heart... and a soul... Then something is wrong with your intellect and wisdom.
I am not unliberated... I am not uneducated nor am I oppressed.
I am not forced to dress in this way. I do this because I have chosen this way of life for myself & I do this out of love for God.
It brings me happiness, comfort & a connection with my Creator that you may never truly understand.
Why is this so hard to comprehend?
